Snowshoe tours are perfect for photographers and vacationers looking for a relaxing excursion. If you want to see one animal or natural feature in particular, let us know. We’ll put together a stunning winter hike just for you.
We can even find areas to explore that don’t have so much snow. We’ll be hiking at lower elevations and strapping on our snowshoes when we reach the snowbanks.
What to Pack
If you’ve booked a winter tour, use this packing list to prepare for the trip!
- Fleece or wool layers
- Cross country Skis, boots, and trekking poles.
- Moisture-wicking under layers
- Two Paris of Gloves—We’re hiking in the rockies after all
- A stocking cap
- Scarves
- At least 2 Liters of water, 4 is better—You lose a lot of moisture in the winter. A Camel Back, Hydro Pack, or something similar is recommended
- Waterproof boots
- Sunglasses
- Sunblock
- Snow Pants
- Lotion
